We are confident that you and everyone who sees your manuscript will be satisfied with the level of English after editing or translation. This is why we offer a full refund in the very unlikely event that a manuscript edited or translated by NeuroEdit be rejected by a journal for poor English (this has never happened in NeuroEdit's history). You will receive a full refund of the fee for that document, provided that all tracked changes have been accepted and no further changes have been made between editing or translation and submission for publication. Please provide the rejection letter and submitted manuscript within 90 days of editing. Please note that this does not apply to manuscripts rejected for reasons other than language, and that editing of a manuscript does not guarantee its acceptance for peer review or publication.
In addition, if a manuscript is returned with a negative comment about the language from a reviewer, we will be happy to edit the document again for free. In our experience, the only times this has happened have been when the reviewers themselves were not native English speakers or were using outdated language rules. In such cases, we will be happy to provide a certificate of editing, and/or edit to the satisfaction of the reviewer where possible without introducing errors, at no extra charge. We are here to help you publish.
